If your health practitioner IS NOT yet a member of DoctorsDirectRx, you may still use this program by following the instructions below. Please inform your practitioner about the DDRx program today, as the following process is unnecessary after health practitioner enrollment.
Instructions:
- Select items for purchase by using the various alphabetical links, or "search box", located at the left. When you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout" at the bottom of the shopping cart page.
- Fill out the required information, then click "Review Order" when finished. Confirm that your order details are correct, then click "Purchase" to receive your order number.
- Fax, mail, or email your prescription to DDRx Customer Service at:

- Using the order number you receive, your order status and refills (if applicable) will be available on our site at all times, or these requests may be handled directly with DDRx Customer Service.

- Future refills (if applicable) may be placed by using the instructions contained here: How to Place a Refill.
